UPS Planning & Opportunity Specialist in Turkey

  • Manages systematic analysis of UPS customer data to identify of high-value customers and/or customers with high response potential for cross-selling, up-selling activities and loyalty/churn reduction activities,

  • Drives industry / geographical and customer targeting strategy by developing models and tools to determine the relative attractiveness of market segments,

  • Utilizes various lead sources & databases to identify right prospects and supports sales to target these prospects,

  • Responsible for product management, works on determining issues and opportunities for product extensions, enhancements and new introductions,

  • Owner of Value Proposition tools and approach to determine unique selling points of UPS vs competitors, communicating value that UPS products, services and solutions offer to customers,


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering

  • Min. 1 years working experience in Marketing & Sales

  • Proficiency MS Office software products, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Access knowledge would be an asset

  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written,

  • Strong communicator,

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills,
